Dr Sheena Geness is a WITS graduate with more than 24 years’ experience as a medical practitioner. She currently works as a HIV  Clinician (graduated Cum Laude from the Colleges of Medicine South Africa) and an Aesthetics specialist (Diploma of Aesthetics from American Academy of Aesthetics). She is currently an active member of the South African HIV Clinician’s Society of South Africa, a member of the Colleges of Medicine South Africa and an active member of the American Academy of Aesthetics.

Dr Sheena Geness is an internationally acclaimed award winning philanthropist, Brand South Africa/ Play Your Part ambassador and 3M Littmann village ambassador. She is the founder of Geness Foundation, a non-profit organisation that caters to the needs of impoverished communities in South Africa. Geness Foundation has multiple beneficiaries in the arenas of health, education, entrepreneurship and sport. Most recently the foundation has expanded its mission into the upliftment of green spaces, parks and recreational spaces. Dr Geness gives bursaries to graduates of the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls and has actively changed the lives of young women at tertiary level.

Dr Sheena Geness also holds an Advanced Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the Foundation for Professional Development (FPD).
